My UVs were poor quality and sent pictures & videos of them. Amber said there was something wrong with the machine and will get back to me after the New Years. I waited about 2 weeks and finally decided to reach out and Amber said they don’t do reprints even though she knew it was the factory’s fault. I only ordered because she had messaged me so many times and figure I give it try. very bad quality. will not order again. no ownership or willingness to replace damage order.
